My Computer Tech Inc. provides computer repair, IT support, diagnostics, data recovery coordination, pickup and drop-off service, house calls, consulting, and related services. Service availability, pricing, and timelines may vary based on location, device condition, parts availability, and technician availability.

Appointments and Estimates

Booking a request does not guarantee a specific appointment time until we confirm it. Estimates are based on the information available at the time and may change after inspection or diagnosis.

Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for backing up important data before service whenever possible, providing accurate contact and service information, and ensuring you have authorization for any device or account involved in the service request.

Messaging

If you opt in to SMS messages, we may send service-related texts. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for help. SMS consent is not required to request service.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, My Computer Tech Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our liability for a service is limited to the amount paid for that service.

Assignment

We may assign these terms, and any open service, to a successor in connection with a sale or transfer of our business.
